Snapsy is the storefront brand operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. These terms cover use of snapsy.shop and purchases from our store. Shopify supplies our ecommerce platform. Please also read our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.

Using the store

You must have legal capacity to purchase or the required permission. Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent information, infringe rights, interfere with security, or upload malicious content. Keep account credentials secure.

Products, pricing, and orders

We aim to describe products accurately; screen colors may vary. Product availability and promotions can change. The price accepted at checkout applies to your order, together with disclosed taxes and delivery charges. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate contact and delivery details.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. If an item is unavailable or a material error affects your order, we will contact you with available options. We will not increase an accepted price without your agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we refund the amounts collected for it.

Shipping and refunds

Standard shipping is free throughout the US and Canada, with no minimum purchase. Optional US express delivery costs $15. Delivery estimates, tracking, and shipment issues are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee starts on confirmed delivery. Eligible refunds do not require a product return or restocking fee. See our Refund Policy for request steps, exclusions from the voluntary guarantee, and payment timing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may contact you about your order or support request. Marketing email and SMS choices are handled separately. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data and your choices.

Website content belongs to Snapsy or its licensors. Reviews you submit must be truthful and respect others’ rights. By submitting content for display, you permit us to reproduce and display it for store-related purposes, subject to applicable privacy rights. External services have their own policies.

Website interruptions and errors may occur. We will address problems affecting purchases in line with our obligations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms with notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights from completed purchases. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Contact us to resolve concerns; doing so does not waive legal remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
